Validity:
Gift cards have no expiration date.
They cannot be refunded or converted back into fiat currencies.
User Responsibility:
The user is solely responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address.
The Company declines all liability in case of address errors or loss of funds.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing:
Gift card prices are displayed in fiat currencies and include cryptocurrency conversion fees.
Blockchain transaction fees are borne by the buyer.
Payment Methods:
Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or any other method mentioned on the website.
Exchange Rates:
Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated based on real-time exchange rates at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Electronic Gift Cards:
Delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after purchase.
